Terms of Service

Provider: [BRIAN FULL NAME], [ADDRESS], Switzerland, operating as DeployFix (sole proprietorship) (“we”).

1. Services

DeployFix Live ($39): deployment of a supported web app to Vercel with the customer’s domain and working authentication. DeployFix Scan ($19): automated review of the customer’s code and Supabase configuration for leaked keys and access-control gaps. Supported scope: Vite/React or Next.js apps using Supabase.

2. Refund guarantee

If we cannot get the app live with working login within 48 hours of receiving the required access, we refund the full price. Out-of-scope orders are refunded on detection.

3. Customer obligations

You confirm you own or are authorized to modify the project and you authorize us to access, modify (via pull requests) and test it, including security tests against your own Supabase project. You keep your own backups.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, data loss, or indirect damages. Liability for gross negligence and intent remains unaffected.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by [Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record].

6. Governing law
